Pre-registration of individual workshops is not required.

Registration Level - Indicate whether you plan to attend the entire 3 day event, or prefer a one- or two-day registration. Members enjoy a $25 discount on full registration.

Onsite Testing Option - Please indicate any examination you plan to take. The testing fee is $125.00
